My playing career has been vast and varied, and I've enjoyed every minute, here's some highlights!

A Brief History of My Drumming Career.

My drumming journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, from opening for Elton John with a drum solo at the Albert Hall, to playing the timeless “Me & Mrs Jones” alongside Billy Paul. It’s truly a dream come true to pursue my passion for drumming as a career, and I cherish every moment of it.

Over the years, I’ve had the incredible fortune to perform live at some of the most prestigious venues worldwide, sharing the stage with artists including Mark Owen of Take That, Peter Andre, Marianne Faithfull, Ola Onabule, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Dario G, Mandy Moore, and Artful Dodger. While I may not talk about it often, these experiences have been pivotal in shaping my musical journey and fueling my love for playing.

From the intimate ambiance of Ronnie Scott’s to the grandeur of The Albert Hall, and even the studios of the BBC for Top of the Pops or Radio 2 shows, I’ve found myself in awe-inspiring places, collaborating with remarkable individuals. Each opportunity has been a reminder of how fortunate I am to share the stage with such talent and immerse myself in the magic of live music.

Pupils Past & Present

I'm immensly proud of all of my pupils both past and present, many of whom have gone on to have succesful careers of their own., including both Jessie & Joey Grant (Gabriele, Grace Jones) and YouTube sensation - sideman Vikkstar.

The truth is you're all special to me, because I know what it takes to get good at the drums, and the level of commitment that's needed to acheive your goals, whether it is to reach grade 8, or just to be able to play along to your favourite songs!

It's a real buzz to see pupils of all abilities progressing and excelling at the instrument, and its a sensation that'll never grow old.

As I continue to pursue my passion for drumming, I’m driven by the thrill of stepping onto the stage and connecting with audiences through the power of music and performance.

It’s this exhilarating sensation that motivates me to dedicate countless hours to practice, ensuring that I deliver my best performance every time I play. And it’s this same dedication and love for live music that I strive to impart to each and every one of my students, offering them the highest level of teaching and guidance in every lesson.
